It’s not really the photos. For me, it’s that it’s really unusual for him to have had all the evidence on hand. Like the ID, gun, silencer, notes, and a motive on hand, just chilling in McDonalds. He also gave away probable cause to search him by presenting the ID which he should have known was fake. Considering he took concealing steps like using a ghost gun, ditching his backpack, and making a relatively clean getaway, it’s pretty odd.

Still it’s obviously possible that he wanted to be caught or was exhausted… or just dumb enough to not think of that.

It IS a big thing that the evidence hasn’t been presented officially yet. There’s a lot of media talk implying that he’s the guy but trial by media is not a verdict

I understand that we are angry, BUT we know nothing about this guy – the company seems like a small niche manufacturing business. The guy isn’t some super elite C-suite executive, he’s just a high-level manager/director. Maybe he was an asshole. Don’t know if he is guilty of anything though

The reasoning in question:

As the game goes on, the player becomes increasingly familiar with which hands would earn more points. Because these are hands that exist in the real world, this knowledge and skill could be transferred to a real-life game of poker

So, this game teaches skills and knowledge that are used in poker. The skills in knowledge are limited to… playing and making poker hands. That’s it. Also, “as the game goes on, the player becomes increasingly familiar with which hands would earn more points” – is hilariously funny. The idea that knowledge of what a poker hand is is anything related to the dangers of gambling is ridiculous.
