Pixel 5… install Graphene OS on it and you still get updates
I do it rarely when I have specific questions that need answers. But nit all subreddits, because some large subreddits are unhelpful like Steamdeck… so meh. Its a mix. Reddit is visited once a month I think because of this desire to get a wider tange of people to read tbe question.
Caught? It was like kinda obvious. You could always locate your Signal folder where everything is downloaded and just see all pictures…
I ignored this flaw as I kept my PC Luks encrypted, but a friend on Windows might not, where everyone with physical access could read everything.
So, yeah. I also dislike the idea that its not encrypted in some sort of way.

For a second I was thinking about chromebooks because you can’t install native packages and only install apps from Play Store. Till I remember that you can enable app-dev mode to install any .apk (sideload). But does it count? I need to enable dev-app mode which can’t be reverted. Additionally it annoys you on the lock screen with a red text that this chromebook has unverified packages. You can always enable it without any further downsides.
But at least you can install natively Linux on any Chromebook like a normal x86 Laptop or ARM64 Device.
It boosts our economy…
