Nintendo has been taking down music for some years now, and now it wants to release a music service. They should had done this a long time ago.
The last thing i’m worried about being spoiled about is a video games soundtrack.
I am not for fascism. I am not for anything that degrades minorities. Actual intent is out of question. If it it degrades minorities, i’m not for it.

I can imagine having to go through hours to days worth of post related to hatespeech alone. How many months has Lemmy been around now?
I can’t even use my home screen due to my Google account settings. What i’l do is do a search by date and subscribe to any good channels I like to ensure I get a curated feed for me on Youtube.
You know why they might be hiding upload dates? My theory is, Youtube doesn’t really want you looking at new stuff. (Very apparent by the algorithm) they want you looking at specific news stories, and specific content but not constantly seeking new uploads from independents.
But that is just a theory a plain theory. Thanks for watching.
How does ai report news reliably? I wouldn’t trust ai to report the news. It might get some stories right but knowing it’s not human it will miss something.
When anyone hears that any news source uses ai to write and rpeort news they need to write down a list of sites known to be using ai, and even radio station are now using ai for commentary apparently.
Fight data caps bills comcast, not the consumer’s damn right to cancel a sub. Its supose to be “cancel anytime.” Like Google was once, "do no evil.’
Imagine if Youtubers did this.
More competition. But, more capitalism. Tough call.
But then there’s Searxng. Yeah Meta’s search engine isn’t worth it.
How to do this on defualt Lemmy on desktop?
For me i’m always hearing people complain about these companies bad practices. What you hear is based off of who you listen to.
Alot of “official sources” are actually owned by alot of forprofit corporations, so of course you’re going to hear piracy bad from those outlets.
But if you follow some youtubers, like Yongyea, you will find voices that actively call out companies like Nintendo and ea’s bad practices.
I-
curious to see if it makes it to chromebooks and android.
This is tech related? Seems mostly about you and your bio.
It would actually.
Google makes money on ads. They think they can force more money to make. People switching to Firefox makes that a wasted effort for Google as you descibed.
If you hate the content, find out other types of content that does work with the short videos. Surely you could find some kind of use from it? From the videos being short it has time saving potential particularly I can see that atleast.
I addressed that actually. I said if you wanted more detail then youtube or peertube might be better.
But if you just want a quick glance, then that’s why I said then maybe the short form content might be preferred.
I think if you’re just looking for quick news breaks then it can be useful but if you’re looking for detailed content or lengthy movies, or skits. Something like Youtube would be more preferred. I think for me it depends on the content.
I had some days that I spent hours debating with people, other days I just chill and chat with people, particularly on Mastodon.
and then theres… Lemmy, I was probably addicted to the hardest. The score system would keep me checking it and i’d be interested in keeping my score up high. I’d even argue that it made me a better human being.
With all the bs going on with twitter and reddit at this point for the least two years I don’t know anymore who did what first. It seemed like reddit was doing this around last year and Twitter seems to be following suit now.
Can’t see how many one is surprised, that a capitalist company Reddit did this api fee, now x is doing it. Capitalist see, capitalist do.
